Interpret the experience

I am not sure what my experience was. Was I abducted in my sleep or not - I am not sure. Was it an OBE or lucid dream?

All I am worried about if this was a visit to off - limits plane - lower astral planes or some evil eliens.

What I rememer - I am in a group of people and they "hold" me, and want to do something to me. I resist and do not agree

and then threaten me that they will harm me in some way.  So I agree that they operate on my heart.

The give me to eat something that contains a drug. I eat and become drowzy and immediately they begin with procedure. I am thinking: wait a minute, it is going to hurt, for I am still "constious" / in my dream/.  As they work on me, a circle being "cut out of my body" in heart area and they take stuff out and put it back in. While they have it out, I smell such a horrible smell, I am scared and then they put it back in as if I had some sort of a plate they lifted up and put back in.

I see that I am not bleeding when I am done. I am waiting for them to leave so I can call my husband for him to pick me up and escape. They do not seem to hold me anymore, I found  myself being dropped off on some train with other people and then I woke up in horror. I wonder if they implanted something in me.

This is weired because I did a lot of light work for healing planet yesterday and slept with krystals under my pillow. I did a meditation with a solar angel and my feeling is that I was hooked up with some bad ET's and may be they implanted something I do not want. Any thoughts on this experience / dream / ?
