Past Lives ..
Have you ever wondered about your past lives? Many people do. For some this interest is sparked by a vague, faint memory they have of something that happened in the past. For others it’s a desire to know more about themselves-where they have been and where they are going. No matter what your reasons may be, you can learn different techniques to explore your own past lives.
Becoming aware of your past life makes us aware of the karma created in those lifetimes. This knowledge can be difficult for some people to handle. Most of us are struggling with the karma created by our present life without having to worry about the karma created in previous lives. Consequently, it is better not to undertake a past life regression unless you are certain that you will be able to handle whatever comes up.
Not everyone regresses to a past life. There are 3 possible reasons.
1)Fear. If someone is terrified of what they might experience, or perhaps has religious hang-ups concerning reincarnation, he or she will not relax enough to allow the past life memories to flow.
2)New soul. The person may not had any previous lifetimes.
3)Traumatic past life. A final possible reason is that the events of the most recent past life were so traumatic that the person’s subconscious mind has deliberately closed them off, and closed off access to earlier lives as well.

It is so nice to read everyone's past lives memories. The only memories/knowing I have is of my live in Atlantis. I didn't exlplore much of my past lives yet. I had three incarnations in Atlantis and I was doing the same thing and even today I feel strongly to do the same thing again. So here it goes:
All my 3 incarnations were ranging around the idea of what you know as a keeper of nature and a teacher. Through Atlantis, I helped educate many young children and maintained a healthy balance of nature through individualized energy work, involving gardens and other forms of wild life to maintain the balance of nurturing through the means of plants and vegetations.
That is about it.

i was shown 2 of my past lives. One was in Ireland...I was a cloistered nun....explains why I have such a strong aversion to catholisism. The only joy I had was leaving the abbey to go into town where i would pick flowers and enjoy the nature around me outside of the dank dark walls of the abbey. my other life was a young woman in France and I died at 13 of the plague. That would explain my attraction since I was a very young child of 3 to France. I remember walking on cobblestone streets and the river running on the right side of me and a small marketplace on my left!!.
