How to: When you are meditating, praying or thinking... you can send light/love etc several ways. 1)Say it within your thoughts..i.e "I send light to...." 2)Say it verbally i.e "I send love and healing to..." 3)Visualize a white light beaming from your heart, ascending up into the "cosmic energy grid"..and say...this white light is to go to.... 4)Include it in your prayers....asking the light of christ to be with.... 5)Or whatever method you feel is right for you.
