What is a highly evolved planet, in your opinion? What is the most evolved planet like?

A few years ago, I had an unexpected vivid dream in which a non-earthly human telepathically told me he wanted his planet to be as highly evolved as possible. I've seen this being in other dreams and visions but without getting more details about what told me. I regularly wonder about what a highly evolved planet looks like. As I see it, a highly evolved planet looks invisible to 3D eyes, because it vibrates at a very high frequency. I see that planet as inhabited by beings from many species, who would be "universal creators", who can easily travel in space & time, create matter from the void energy, ...
